Design Your Future at Fukuoka Foreign Language College

As Fukuoka Seikei Gakuen, with more than a century of history behind it, plans for its next 100 years, how about joining us and designing your future as well? What does a global citizen look like? What is required to thrive in a global society? We have been considering these questions. Fluency in a foreign language alone is not enough. The world is filled with a multitude of languages, cultures, religions, races and ethnic groups. In the midst of these, we aim to nurture human beings who can stand in another's shoes, accept others, and communicate heart to heart.

Our programs are rooted in experiential learning. We provide an environment where students can design their own futures through internships, on-the-job-training, study-abroad programs and volunteer activities, all while studying and using a foreign language. We are looking for people who have hopes and dreams and goals, and we look forward to educating those who will take on the challenge of achieving them.

Why this school?

  1. POINT1

    【Diversity】
Diversity promotion is a goal set by FFLC. Diversity among students in education directly affects their performance. Generally, students work better in a diverse atmosphere, allowing them to focus and thrust themselves further when there are students of other backgrounds studying alongside them. This promotes creativity, as well as better education, as those with differing viewpoints are able to collaborate to create solutions. Currently FFLC is having around 500 students from 45 countries around the world including Japanese students too.

  2. POINT2

    【Club Activities】
FFLC students have the opportunity to take part in extracurricular activities besides their study. Both Japanese and international students take part that will not only help round out their academic experience at FFLC but also allow them to make connections with other country students while enjoying a variety of activities. Currently FFLC Adventure Club is there to organize events for the students that includes hiking, temple visit, sightseeing trip outside or inside the city, exploring Japanese culture etc. Also we are planning to start some more clubs for our students. Please Join us and enjoy !!!

  3. POINT3

    【Interact With Japanese Students】
Students will also have the opportunity to meet and mingle with Japanese students at the lounge or through the events organized by the FFLC.
